FOOM SDN. BHD. (“FOOM”, “we”, “us”) operates a shisha lounge in Johor Bahru. This policy explains what personal data we collect from our guests and members, why, and your rights over it. We follow Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

If you opt in, we message you on WhatsApp only about your FOOM membership — your cashback balance, welcome and birthday credit, and the occasional update. We never message guests who haven’t opted in. Reply STOP any time to unsubscribe, or START to resume.

We keep your data for as long as you’re a member and as long as we’re required to for legitimate business and legal reasons. When you ask us to delete it, we will — subject to any records we’re legally required to retain.
